The dealership goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. All of the service agents are very courteous and friendly. My agent Christopher Hugo always has a very honest , caring attit customer is satisfied. All of the service agents are very courteous and friendly. My agent Christopher Hugo always has a very honest , caring attitude and is available whenever I need to ask questions. So far, I have been content with the maintenance work that has been performed on my Highlander! Recently also had to get some insurance repairs done and everything went smoothly. I also really appreciate the complementary Lyft service that they offer when they have to keep the car for awhile so we can go about our day until it’s time to go back and pick up our vehicle! More
