We went in and after waiting about 20 minutes we went up to this desk where a few guys were standung and looked like were having a good time. We asked if we could get a salesman to show us the new Camry and a short heavy set asian guy sitting behind the desk told us someone will be wuth us in a few minutes. We waited 20 more minutes then we left having never been helped. When we got back home to San Jose we went to Capitol Toyota and my brother bought his brand new 2018 Camry. More
They don't care about selling cars here I went in with my wife on Sunday looking for a Prius. We must not have looked like we were prospective customers because they had us waiting for 45 m I went in with my wife on Sunday looking for a Prius. We must not have looked like we were prospective customers because they had us waiting for 45 minutes before anyone helped us. When we were finally helped the salesman was so rude that he kept asking us if we were serious about buying a car today. After about 15 minutes with this guy my wife wanted to leave. We left and went to the Toyota dealer in San Francisco, we were immediately greeted and within 5 minutes Christian assisted us. He showed us several Prius and spent about two hours with us and we ended up purchasing our brand new Prius from him. Melody Toyota can really learn about customer service from San Francisco Toyota. More

Slow and unprofessional repair work I brought my Scion iA in for repair because it was stalling. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me. I had to be in their face to even get someone's I brought my Scion iA in for repair because it was stalling. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me. I had to be in their face to even get someone's attention. The car took 5 weeks to repair. During that time, I had to keep bugging the service adviser for a rental car. After 5 days, I finally got very vague instructions on how to get one. I had to pay out of my own pocket up front because the incompetent service adviser, Matthew, did not fully explain how the payment will work. Only after the fix, he says Toyota only covers $35 each day and that Enterprise should've billed their dealer instead of me paying up front. And no, he will not contact you to provide updates about the car. He will not answer your phone calls. When I got my car back at the dealer, I noticed the engine was for sure not sounding normal. They told me to keep the car and drive it for a bit, knowing it was unsafe. A week after all of that, the engine light came back on again, so now the car is brought back to them again. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had in a place of business. More

I have to admit that after having a so so experience in sales when I bought my Prius, it took us 5 hours to buy our car, that I didn't have the highest expectations for their service department. I was assisted by Alfred who is the service manager. I went in on a Saturday, he was courteous and professional and I was in and out in a little over an hour. While he helped me when I went to pick up my car he was also helping two other people, I didn't mind because he was busy and we all appreciated his attentive approach to all of us. A couple of days after I picked up my car he called and asked if everything was ok with my car and if I had any issues or concerns, a very nice follow up call. I will be back! Thank you. More
Very professional Barry has been my service director for many years and has always been very professional and when he promises when your car will be done it will. In the past they have washed my car but in recent years because of the water shortage could not. Today no water shortage and car not washed. Barry is very good at his job and goes beyond and above. Makes the customer feel very confident. Kudos to Barry. More
