Made an appointment for 8:20 AM for 15K service. I did not receive any updates. I had to call twice. 6.5 hours later I was able to pick up my Toyota. The manager told me I should have asked for a t I did not receive any updates. I had to call twice. 6.5 hours later I was able to pick up my Toyota. The manager told me I should have asked for a time. I told him that the service agent told me 11 AM. He shrugs and says, “Well that’s her fault, then.” Not much more than a forced, obligatory “apology,” if you can call it that was offered. I ended up missing events for what should have been a 40 min tire rotation and fluid top off…seriously…over 6.5 hours. More
