Bought a new truck there was an issue with the back-up camera sensor there was a bracket missing during manufacturing. I know these things happen and am ok if they took a couple days to get it fixed. I called their customer service and scheduled to come in for service very nice apologized. I get to the service department and the person that greeted very young not experienced. Said that he would have to open a case with Toyota, he didn't know how long he would have my 7-day old truck and there is no loaner. I was confused and said will it take 1-2 days how long? He said he doesn't know they are backed up could take 7-10-20 days he didn't know. He was not friendly, and I asked to talk to the manager. The service manager was no better, he was very hostile as well asked me if I have ever bought a car before and don't I understand the process. I said I did but when you are going to have my new truck for 7-10 days for a bracket this was crazy. He said I should just buy the part myself and fix it myself. Very unprofessional aspect on the service tech and manager. I can't recommend Victory Toyota service poor quality management of the service department, poor customer service. I felt like I was a burden because maybe Toyota Corporate would have to pay for the service which would have to submit a lot of paperwork. If I had paid out of pocket, they probably would have been nicer and more professional. More

Absolutely worst dealership in the area. First question they ask is "are you buying today?" and then goes "come back when you want to buy". My friend ended up buying Honda the same day from a different dea they ask is "are you buying today?" and then goes "come back when you want to buy". Really guys? I mean, REALLY?!?! I recently inquired about a new car, the 2020 Toyota Supra this dealer had listed on their website. The MSRP on this car was $57k and change. I submit s query online and get a response from a sales guy, Quincy Green, and only referred to me as "brother", super professional if you ask me. I asked how much they'd let it go for and his response was absolutely comical...."they're selling for $187k at the dealership down the road" Bahaha! I said, conversation over, this is a non-starter. Now the game starts... "make me an offer, the worst I can say is no", he says. That's not how this works; you tell me how much you want, and I, the customer, declines the offered price. This is one of the most exploitative cash grabs I've ever seen from a dealership. For a car that will be worth $25k in three years... The best part was the follow up email from the dealership thanking me for my business and declaring their commitment to earning my business in anyway they can. Peace out Melody Toyota! I'll buy from someone that actually wants me as a long-term customer, not just a one-time cash grab. More

If you have money to buy car and do not have to come back here for the services and anything else, this dealer maybe good for you. When Melody Toyota get your money already, they will ignore you. They do not care how big mistake they made. Do not expect they are going to call you back. They will NEVER call you back. When you can no longer wait for them to call you back, you will try to go there to talk to them in-person. They will let you wait at least a couple hours. Then, they will say “Oh, the person who responsible for this matter is off today. Please came back again later”. I purchased Highlander with an extend warranty and Toyota Care Plus. That was my big mistake. -You got to check all the document and receipt to make sure that you receive the right plan you paid for. I purchased the Platinum plan, but I got a Gold package instead, which was a lower and cheaper than what I paid for. They will NEVER fix it for you even though I have a proof that I paid for Platinum plan. -When they try to sell you the package Toyota Care Plus, they will tell you it will cover everything for the services every 5k miles. They are LYING!!! It will cover only oil change, inspection, and tire rotation, which with the coupon, it is just on $59. Other factory recommendation or the big service, IT WILL NOT COVER. You have to pay more for it. DO NOT BUY IT!!! I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from this dealer. More
