Jerry Russell, salesman told me that he would sell me a Toyota Highlander for MSR. After questing him, he said there was no additional cost. Thinking we were dealing with an honest salesperson and dealers Toyota Highlander for MSR. After questing him, he said there was no additional cost. Thinking we were dealing with an honest salesperson and dealership we signed the paper work. After getting home we realized that we were charged an additional $963.00 plus $599.00. I talked with Destiny Reed the $963 was for 5 yrs warranty on tires and wheels which was never discussed or mentioned. after talking with Frankie Markel, manager he had Donnie Lock to file the necessary papers to cancel the tire and wheel warranty but the cost remained on the cost of the vehicle which added $57.78 to the registration fee. They charged $3156.85 sales and use tax. They only sent $2964.30 to the County Clerk for sales and use tax. I have been over charged $599 plus $57.78 plus $192.55 a total of $849.33 over what the salesman said he would sale the car for. We are very dissatisfied with the dealership and salesperson. Would not recommend this dealer. We are very satisfied with the Toyota Highlander. More
This is no longer Castallaw Toyota it is now Victory Toyota of Dyersburg. I’d give them negative stars if I could because I was taken advantage of and lied to by what I found out was “training” manager Toyota of Dyersburg. And the guy was a total scam artist he told me my upside down on my vehicle would be eliminated if I took out a loan thru one of their partners (Leaders credit union) I financed 28 k on what I later checked blue book online a Toyota kicks 22 that books out to a 16-18 k car that over 5 years I’ll be paying over 46 k for a car not even blue booking out to 20. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I trusted a verbal agreement and got totally hosed.!go to Jackson,Memphis Nashville anywhere but here cause they do not follow thru on verbal agreements and shady as a willow tree! There are literally dirt lots I would trust more than this group at this point. If it’s not in writing and signed by a lawyer don’t trust anything they tell you and read every thing you sign! I got totally jobbed and jipped. Veterans, don’t go here especially if you have trust issues like I do your worst nightmares will come true, if your a good Christian person I wouldn’t go here either because they definitely in league with the prince of lies because apparently that’s all they did to me. They I’m sure are going to post something below to save face. But I know what I was told and I know what actually happened I am 10k upside down STILL after being promised my negative equity would quote “Be taken care of” if I took their loan instead of the lower % rate from my personal bank. I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from these people much less a car among my regrets is that I actually have to go back here to receive my free oil changes because honestly I never wanna darken their dishonest door again! More

My wife and I broke down on our way from Kentucky to Houston for cancer treatment recently. We got service on our Jeep Grand Cherokee from Castellaw’s Service Dept. Charged me $60 to balance 2 tires and then tried to justify another $6 for a "shop fee". Have had Toyotas for 45 years and never heard of such. Promises the world and doesn't deliver I purchased my new Prius V in Memphis, made it clear to Castellaw in Dyersburg that I planned to use them for all my service needs because they are cl I purchased my new Prius V in Memphis, made it clear to Castellaw in Dyersburg that I planned to use them for all my service needs because they are closer to me than Memphis, I even asked them if it mattered that I purchased the vehicle at another dealer, and should I just bring it there rather than establishing a relationship with Castellaw Toyota. I receive nothing but positive replies to bringing my vehicle there. I did for the 5000 mile check up. While I was there I asked if they could touch up the paint on the hood and rear of the vehicle. I was immediately told without hesitation that I could "BUY THE PAINT FOR $35.00 AND TOUCH IT UP [MYSELF]"... I was shocked. Excuse me? Are you saying your service people cannot touch up the paint or are you refusing to touch it up? Next thing I know the guy is taking pictures and "sending it to Toyota" and "I should hear from them shortly". Six weeks later I still haven't gotten it fixed. I complained. Then I was asked to bring it BACK to get touched up. I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE DONE NO MATTER WHAT... instead I was faced with a CRYBABY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WHO COMPLAINED TO ME!!!! That is going to COST HIM (personally) $150.00 out of pocket... okay well I am paying $33,000 and plan to bring my vehicle here for the rest of her life and you're complaining to me after I waited a month and had to make several phone calls and complaints... it what I thought about when I said, I really don't care... The guy walked away after promising me the world IF I TRAVELED UP THERE... 60 miles round trip. I speak to regional manager who says... I was out of control? REALLY? Wolfchase offered that I could buy paint for $8.00 the same that Castellaw Toyota wanted $35.00 for and neither dealer wanted to touch up the paint on my brand new less than 5000 miles $33,000 vehicle!!! HOW PETTY IS THAT? I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A TOYOTA OR BRING MY VEHICLE TO EITHER DEALER WHOM I DO NOT TRUST. Personally, I'm sorry I ever tried to have TOYOTA LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES. I had issues with the Toyota of Rockland in NY too and that is why 12 years ago instead of buying a Matrix I bought a Chevy Tracker. A vehicle that I never had to ask to be touched up because they did it automatically and the vehicle was designed with A BUMMPER ON THE BACK. DO NOT BUY ANY TOYOTA WITHOUT A BACK OR FRONT BUMPER WITHOUT A PAINT TOUCH UP WARRENTY!!! More
