Victory Toyota of Canton - Service Center

The past few times my vehicles service experience has been a disappointment. First is being sent to the waiting area to wait to check in the vehicle 20-30 minutes, verse dropping off the keys and being been a disappointment. Additionally, they have not had the options to provide shuttle service. One vehicle was dropped off on a Friday and no text, phone call etc was received to inform of the service being complete. We picked up Monday, assuming it was ready. This past week took a vehicle in for service at 8am with service advisor John Maddison, asked if it would be done prior to noon and requested a call when it was completed. He called and said it was done around 10am, and that new tires would be needed and they would have to order them. Arriving to pick up around 11:30am, picked up keys from service and John walked by and told me they had the tires and asked when I wanted to schedule. I do not understand why he did not verify if the tires were available prior to calling to give me the option to have them installed that day verse having to return for another appointment. When I asked him about that he said communication between us was not good and that I needed to work with another service advisor. More
