My credit wasn’t something I cared about until I turned 30, Anyway I was Greeted by Kevin Mchulloch . First can I tell you how AMAZING this man is. Anyway I told him what credit karma said my credit was. I told him what I needed , he explained how credit karma isn’t that accurate. My score was much higher than what it really said it was. He was honest. Very blunt with me. He Never promised anything to get my hopes up. It’s like he knew what I needed . I gave him my budget. He told me he had the perfect car for me. let me tell ya it was the perfect car. It was a used Dodge Journey I didn’t even want to look at another car.. I’ve been to different dealerships. If you get an uneasy feeling when you walk in .;then you should probably go see Kevin. He made it easy and fun to be there. His assistant was easy to talk to. Kevin got me approved for something I didn’t even think was possible. He had my back. I won’t go anywhere else to get a vehicle. When he tells you not to worry about something he keeps his word. He worked hard to get me in my car and I am so grateful for him. Very pleased with how Victory Toyota. Treated me. Buying a car wasn’t a headache . Sending all my friends /family to him. More

Poor customer service Booked a $1000 servicing for my Camry. Asked call center for loaner as I wanted to get to work on time. Got there at 7:15 AM. There was no Booked a $1000 servicing for my Camry. Asked call center for loaner as I wanted to get to work on time. Got there at 7:15 AM. There was no loaner and met an unempathetic manager who was totally indifferent and lacked basic customer service communication skills. His take away message was not to use the call center and call the service department directly. Overall time spent in shuttle ride and waiting 2 hours over if I had a loaner. The two stars are because Tom the shuttle driver is a keeper. Things the dealership could do better: a) Improve communication between call center and service, b) Do not blame a different department when things don’t work out - you should be on the same team, c) communication training for manager, and d) diversity in promotion to manager position. More
Over charging for repairs I needed some repairs on my vehicle. This dealership is much closer to me than my usual place I take it too. I didnt feel comfortable about the prices I needed some repairs on my vehicle. This dealership is much closer to me than my usual place I take it too. I didnt feel comfortable about the prices they gave me so I went to my usual dealership. Low and behold Vic Toyota was going to charge me 1800 dollars for a 900 job. Really. I will no longer do business with this dealership. For the person who doesn't have alot of money and is not Rich Do not have any maintenance done on your vehicle here. More
