Try to communicate with the service department exclusively about a oil change promotion clearly explained that I needed the service department to apply the promotion to my service and the associat exclusively about a oil change promotion clearly explained that I needed the service department to apply the promotion to my service and the associate said that they could handle all of that without directing me to the service department. Once I got to the service department, they told me that their other associate was wrong and that the Email I received needed to be presented before service when I was instructed by their associate that it didn’t need to be, and that they would make notes in the file for my service of an oil change. Clearly, the left hand isn’t talking to the right hand at this dealership. I’ve had issues with the same exact process prior and made it very clear that I was requesting Service with a coupon More
