While tech was driving my car accidentally hit another car. Made appointment to get it repaired. When I made appointment I informed I needed a large suv or minivan. As my minivan was the one damaged. When I arrived to my appointment the only vehicle available was a rav 4 which is neither a large suv or minivan. I also asked for the rims to be fixed since per the clerk the scratches were from having my tires rotated at victory Toyota. I also have the additional rim and tire coverage. The rims were never repaired and I went a week with the tiny rav 4. I called multiple times asking for a larger vehicle and was blown off each time. Considering this was Toyotas fault to begin with I can't believe I was not accommodated. This is my 3rd vehicle I've bought here and will probably be the last. More
