When I came in, the service rep Sandra Salisbury said the oil change would be $94. I balked at that and questioned it as I have never heard of a $94 oil change. On the bill, Victory Toyota wrote "Customer request oil and filter with BG MOA. Completed oil change per manufacturing specifications". BG MOA is a non-Toyota oil additive that is NOT in the Toyota oil change specification. I currently own multiple Toyota vehicles and have had multiple Toyotas in the family. I have never requested nor heard of an additive added to Toyota brand oil and have never had a dealership so deceptively do something without my permission to generate profit. It was a $16 add to the bill. They can keep the $16 if they need it so badly, but they won't get another chance. They named their dealership appropriately. Victory for them, loss for the customer. I gave my service attendant a discount coupon I received however when I looked at my bill after I left I saw that it was not applied. Waited an hour and 45 min for an oil change with three kids. Car sat in the exit bay for at least 20 minutes before we were called to check out. $175 for oil change, tire rotation, and filter change!! A kids.
