Replaced rear wheel bearings as asked. They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels, all of the rear lug nuts were over torqued. I had to use a breaker bar and a three foot cheater pipe to get them loose. Glad that I or my wife did not have a flat while away from my garage. It almost seems like the lug nuts were intentionally over tightened. Several of the lug nuts are scarred to the point that I had to use a hammer to drive the socket on them. Disappointed by something that should not be a problem from a professional mechanic. Hopefully the bearing and transmission service was completed with more care. More

It is good that during the obvious change of ownership prior employees were retained. Most there are anxious and uncertain about the future. They need a morale boost. Everyone was friendly and very helpful in resolving my issue with a flat tire that I had to bring in for repairs/replacement. I purchased the tires from your dealership and it was under warranty for road issue with a flat tire that I had to bring in for repairs/replacement. The staff was able to work me in their schedule for the day and get my tire repaired until they could order another one to replace the damaged tire. More
