Didn’t receive any updates when service was complete, had to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Never received a quote and when I called for an update my service was nearly twice the amoun to call myself to see what was going on with my vehicle. Tried to call later just to get an explanation on this and apparently the sales manager that I received an email from doesn’t even work at the location we called. Overall not a great experience and won’t be going back unless for any warranty or recall repairs. More

Took a day longer than expected. Was also told they were not equipped to do what I would consider a basic service (alignment and tire balance on 35" tires).
