In less than ten months the price increased more than 100%. Prices haven’t gone up like that. The cost of parts (oil and filter) were $22 and were now $63. Labor was $12.50 and was now $20. Came in twice this week for an oil change and new mirror installed. Great experience overall but need a different person at the payment window. When I spend over $700 in service work, I’ve always come to pick up my newly washed vehicle- that shows great customer service to me! Didn’t happen this morning- very disappointed. Service itself was excellent. Service personnel were all outstanding. My only complaint was that the standard service took 90 minutes.
