Victory Toyota Marietta - Service Center

I had my 2020 Dodge Durango with 43,000 miles towed to victory after it died in the middle of the road. After 5 weeks a broken timing chain and some bent valves replaced I stopped in to pick it up to hear victory after it died in the middle of the road. Two weeks later was told it was a cracked manifold which was not cracked before being worked on at Victory. After lots of negotiations I had to pay for the new manifold they supplied the labor. Two months later the job was completed. After all that I thought the power train warranty was good until found out the vehicle started out in Canada and warranty between US and Canada doesn’t transfer between countries. This is not a Victory problem but just how the manifold was cracked by there tech somehow and the timeline of repairs More

When I came in, the service rep Sandra Salisbury said the oil change would be $94. I balked at that and questioned it as I have never heard of a $94 oil change. On the bill, Victory Toyota wrote "Customer request oil and filter with BG MOA. Completed oil change per manufacturing specifications". BG MOA is a non-Toyota oil additive that is NOT in the Toyota oil change specification. I currently own multiple Toyota vehicles and have had multiple Toyotas in the family. I have never requested nor heard of an additive added to Toyota brand oil and have never had a dealership so deceptively do something without my permission to generate profit. It was a $16 add to the bill. They can keep the $16 if they need it so badly, but they won't get another chance. They named their dealership appropriately. Victory for them, loss for the customer. Car sat in the exit bay for at least 20 minutes before we were called to check out. $175 for oil change, tire rotation, and filter change!! A kids.
