After the service department having my vehicle for two days and not calling me to let me know what was going on I called them and the advisor Sandy didn’t know anything about it and had to go talk to the days and not calling me to let me know what was going on I called them and the advisor Sandy didn’t know anything about it and had to go talk to the technician to tell me what I already knew. Sandy also tried telling me that it was not under warranty when I have a lifetime powertrain warranty on it, she had issues figuring out and finding my warranty information. She also told me that the transmission should be in and repaired in a week and the service department ended up having it for three weeks. More
