Waited three and a half hours with no communication from service personnel. I finally saw that the car was parked outside and had to track down a service rep only to be told that the problem needed parts, which were not in stock and that service would have to be rescheduled when parts arrive. I have dealt with this dealership for 15 years and purchased two vehicles there. The service department had always been efficient. The quality of the service has seriously deteriorated under the new management. After this experience, I'm exploring other dealerships in the area. More

While I appreciate the technician trying to diagnose the problem for three hours and only charged me for one hour of shop time, they also charged me for shop supplies and there was still no resolution. The situation was that the factory infotainment system went bad and since that part is no longer available, I had an aftermarket infotainment system professional installed by a third party dealer. I needed Victory to program the infotainment system to allow for all four trailer brake control settings to be available for selection based on towing needs. In addition, upon check-in, I had requested that the name on the account be changed from Mike Rexroad to Michael Rexroad and the person at the counter said it would not be a problem to change.
