They didn't have the tires in stock that we typically use Michelin so that was frustrating. They didn't seem too interested in ordering them for us but we decided to go with ones that were in stock. We got Michelin so that was frustrating. They didn't seem too interested in ordering them for us but we decided to go with ones that were in stock. We got our normal service as well and the maintenance warning was not reset nor did they provide a sticker. The lady that checks you out is not too friendly either. I went where I normally go to pick up and pay and she didn't talk just pointed at her window. I apologized and she didn't say anything. She hands you the paperwork and just points where to sign. She doesn't ask if you need anything else or have any questions. Just not very customer service oriented any more. More
