They didn't have the tires in stock that we typically use Michelin so that was frustrating. They didn't seem too interested in ordering them for us but we decided to go with ones that were in stock. We got our normal service as well and the maintenance warning was not reset nor did they provide a sticker. The lady that checks you out is not too friendly either. I went where I normally go to pick up and pay and she didn't talk just pointed at her window. I apologized and she didn't say anything. She hands you the paperwork and just points where to sign. She doesn't ask if you need anything else or have any questions. Just not very customer service oriented any more. More
They was a difference in price of repair from quote over the phone from actual bill I received when I picked up the car. Also I requested a copy of the test I had requested to make sure it was the battery the phone from actual bill I received when I picked up the car. I also had to call them the next afternoon to find out what the problem was and after being told to to give permission to replace the battery I then picked up the car later that afternoon. I am not disappointed with the work done on the car I would just liked to have been appraised of the progress and little more. More

had been looking online for a used car and found one I liked at Victory and contacted them about it. I live about 90 minutes away and wanted to be sure about it before going all the way there. James Labri liked at Victory and contacted them about it. I live about 90 minutes away and wanted to be sure about it before going all the way there. James Labrie called me and spoke with me about the vehicle and after asking some questions, I decided against it. Not many salesmen let you make your own choices without pushing, but James did and I appreciated it. He then asked me what my needs were and found me a car that met those needs that I hadn't looked at and was actually slightly cheaper than what I had first looked at. We got all the paperwork prep done before I went to the dealership so when I got there all I had to do was test drive and sign. We even went and looked at the first car just to be sure that it wasn't what I wanted which was, to me, a pure sign of honesty on his part that he really did help me not waste my time on something I wouldn't have wanted. The finance process was easy and that gentleman (whose name I have forgotten unfortunately but he does it all) was very down to earth and thorough without being droning. All in all, I drove home a happy guy in a car that gives me everything I need and more. More
