We have had our Rav serviced at C&C for the last 7 years or so and have always had excellent service. Admittedly my appt was at the end of the workday (4 PM). It involved an oil change and tire rotation plus a complimentary car wash. The agent assured that all items had been completed, even the car wash. It involved an oil change and tire rotation plus a complimentary car wash. The agent assured that all items had been completed, even the car wash. It took about 35 minutes. It looked like the car was just sprayed with water; it was not cleaned. When I got home I had to check whether the oil had been changed; it had. One of the tires was missing the air cap; I would have thought it would be replaced. They charged me an exorbitant amount for a cabin filter change (with my permission). Considering that I drove 20 miles to get this questionable service, I take my business elsewhere in the future.
