My sequoia had a 'maintenance required' alert. The mileage on the sticker was reached so I assumed it was due for an oil change. So I made an appt. For an oil change. Needless to say my, they said I only needed a tire rotation yet did the oil change and not the tire rotation??? I have only been serviced by this dealership. Every time my vehicle has been serviced has been with this dealership and they should have everything on file. Why the xxxx did they not look at my file and see what needed done before doing anything????? The lack of competence at this dealership is unreal. I've been so disappointed with each encounter here!!! Get it together!!!!!! More

I had the 20,000 mile check up for the last free maintenance done there. They showed me a picture of the cabin air filter and air filter. The cabinet filter had a leaf and looked dirty so I called t maintenance done there. They showed me a picture of the cabin air filter and air filter. The cabinet filter had a leaf and looked dirty so I called them. They said that’s not covered under the warranty so we didn’t replace it. The technician marked an a for rotating tires so I question that and the service guy told me they did rotate them. Just made me a question whether it was really done or not, but it probably was. More
