Victory Toyota is the most unethical dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, I submitted an online offer via Smartpath and was told that the vehicle would be marked as sold to me. After waiting over two months for the truck to be built and delivered, they tried to raise the sale price by over two thousand dollars and installed several options I did not ask for or approve. After showing them the original sale price that was advertised, they reluctantly agreed to adjust the price but required me to pay for the other products and services totaling nearly four thousand dollars in order to complete the deal. yes, I did sign for the truck because I had driven three hours and waited over two months for the vehicle. I just want others to know what type of behavior they can expect from the Victory Toyota dealer network. More
