The staff was very nice and helpful. However, a big communication exits between the service and parts department. I called and needed a passenger outside mirror. I set up an appointment to have it put on. I called before I left to make sure it was in and it was. They took my car back immediately. After an hour I was told they needed another part. It took them an hour to find that out. I paid another $70 for the part. I set up another appointment a couple of days later. I received a call from the parts department that it was in. On the way up I got a call from the service department asking when my appointment was. I said I was on my way. He said they had me down at 1 on Christmas Eve. When I got there they took my car back immediately. After an hour they came out and said they didn't have the part after all. It took them an hour to tell me that. I asked for a refund and they wanted to know how much I had paid. I'm surprised they didn't have it on the invoice. I called my bank and got the total. I got a call the next week asking me what my mileage was. He said they had it down as 600,000. I told them 9500. I have never had an experience like that before. What a circus. I will never go back again. I bought the car at Moses in St Albans. I only went to Advantage/Victory because of the distance. Not anymore. You'd better be glad I love Toyota's or I'd go somewhere else. You can look up my previous buys and will see that I believe in Toyota's. I have told this story to a lot of people. If they want a Toyota go to Moses. More

Very disorganized, never told me what was done or how the inspection went. Was there almost 3 hrs for oil change and service. I was not charged for the work, but I’d rather pay and be informed.
