When addressed Bus Office said it didnt make any difference in payment. It was suppose to be financed through Toyota but instead he financed thru Huntington Natl. Did not tell me until I caught it on final signing. The CarDoc app does not work. I live out of town & the tire warranty won't do me much good. I have a nephew that owns 2 glass shops so didnt need windshield. I can get the same info off of Toyota app that CarDoc has. The salesman was interested in getting me water coffee instead of answering questions. He kept running to Bus Office to make quick deal. The Bus guy was afraid he wasn't going to get his lunch order in. Now am stuck with a Toyota that I am not happy with. I think instead of offering a cruise to someone thst doesn't travel that the money should have been applied to car. Both were aware I had not received the insurance money so knew funds were tight. I had 48 hrs to get car & pressure was on to get car because rental was only good for 48 hrs. I will never buy from your dealership again & will make sure that I send people to other Toyota dealerships. Both knew what I wanted my payment to be but instead was $200 more & another year longer than the 2024 Malibu I had that was fully loaded & financed should have been about the same. If there is anyway I could get rid of this car you would get it back tomorrow & not deal with this dealership again. The salesman was interested in a picture for Facebook page. Didn't like it when I said no. I will make a Facebook page post but not what your dealership will like. Never did find out what a Nitrogen warranty was or a Manufactures Products was. Would be nice to know. Can't find paperwork on those. I spent hours going over the paperwork the day of the sale to find out what was covered. The Bus rep didnt let me read anything just flipped electronic pages with initials & signatures. Would like to know what i signed since i found issues with paperwork. The only additions to that car should have been GAP & TMIS. Did not get a business card from neither the salesman nor the business rep even though I asked. The sales rep took my phone & tried to download his info on my phone didnt work. Quality of dealership is below poor 10 times over. More
I had my vehicle in to have the fuel sending unit replaced. It was under warranty. Cody assisted me in the service center and Alisha helped by dropping me off at work a short distance away, and picki replaced. It was under warranty. The sales manager was very helpful and showed us all the features of the vehicle as did the sales person. However when sitting down and going over the price there were a bunch of charges for ceramic coating features of the vehicle as did the sales person. However when sitting down and going over the price there were a bunch of charges for ceramic coating, car doc and other things which totaled an additional $2 thousand and some dollars! When we told them we did t wa T these options they said it was already on the vehicle and couldn’t be taken off but they could “work” with us in the price which resulted in them taking off around $950. None of this was mentioned till we were ready to purchase and working out the price. If we had known beforehand about the “extras” we could have had time to think it over and maybe go to another dealership or looked at other vehicles. This just seemed underhanded to us but we went ahead and purchased the vehicle but would not go to this dealership again. A week later we did trade the vehicle for another one at another dealership only because it ended up being too small for me. We really enjoyed our dealings at this dealership! No hidden extra costs unless we chose them! More
