Sat for about 2 hrs. Asked what's going on highly unusual, I'm usually out by hour hour and a half tops. Said she will check, another 15 min goes by says they just doing a car wash wash. At 11 30 still no car, many people b4 me came and gone so I stood by the service podium asking for my car, complained that its taking too long, they started yelling at me, so I went outside kicked the chair, they came outside to yell at me some more Jenna the Svc mgr. and the service lady said they were down some techs, finally got the car, no car wash but they did say they did the OC and TR, was gonna pay but they didn't ask for my cc, started up the car, went back inside told them they should wipe the World Class from that Service sign - Victory Subaru did not live up to that motto, drove away quite mad Anyway, zero charge for OC and TR, will never go back there again Later checked the dash cam, they drove my car into the bay at 10am so took them an hr and 43 min to do the OC and TR More

On July 11, 2024, I experienced a deeply upsetting incident while trying to get my car’s air conditioning system repaired. The initial problem began on June 4, 2024, when my car started blowing hot air. I took my vehicle to Victory Subaru, where they charged me $269.99 to check for leaks and install refrigerant. I specifically asked them to ensure that both the compressor and condenser were in good condition. They assured me that there were no issues and that I shouldn’t worry. I stressed the importance of a permanent fix because I didn’t want a temporary solution. I also mentioned that this is my first car, and I am very passionate about it. Additionally, I informed them that my parents were visiting in July and I wanted the car to be in perfect condition. Having trusted their service for the past three years with my 2014 Subaru Forester, I expected better. On July 11, 2024, while inspecting the vehicle, the technician at Victory Subaru caused the compressor to burst, releasing the refrigerant. After this incident, they told me I needed to replace the compressor, quoting me approximately $1800 for the repair. I argued that the compressor burst during their inspection, not due to my negligence. I had stopped using the AC as soon as it started blowing hot air and went to them immediately. Despite this, the head of service became hostile and rude, making the experience even more painful. Over the past four months, I have visited Victory Subaru at least five times, each visit costing a minimum of $500. It was shocking to be treated so unprofessionally, especially since I always take my vehicle to a certified Subaru service center and have a three-year relationship with them. Whenever I have doubts or ask genuine questions about my car’s issues, they give ambiguous answers and use technical jargon to stall me. I believed my car was in trusted hands, but this experience has been a bitter and hard lesson. Ultimately, I had to leave without getting my vehicle fixed. I have officially lodged a complaint with Subaru of America to investigate this matter. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve their service standards and customer care. More

After 10 minutes of watching 3 employees sit around and xx I heard my name called and I walked up to a counter where a woman looked at me and said “oh I was just getting to your paperwork please have a seat”. I told her I had somewhere to be and asked what else needed to be completed before I left and her tone changed and she got rude and told me to have a seat and she’ll call my name when she’s ready .. which is weird because if she has my paperwork and she’s working on it why do I need to go and have another seat? It’s almost been 10 minutes at this point—while many of the employees were standing around doing nothing. So I went to go sit down again but then realized that this place charges entirely too much money to be late and rude on top of it. I took my keys and left. This place is right around the corner from me and very convenient but no reason to deal with that kind of attitude. More
This dealership has the meanest staff, worst service. When you are there, it feels like you owe them something. Avoid the dealership at all cost. Flemington one is much much much better one to go to. Had headlight fixture / paint damage occur during their time with car. Picked up car with SRH off blinking. My mistake. Little did I know that the headlight would eventually fizzle out and fade at night. They say they have evidence that headlight was working, but I’m sure the car wash destroyed the bulb that night. I was shown evidence. See headlight on. But can’t make out headlight fixture frame. Thought they would say, sorry, our mistake - we will fix. But instead they blamed me. Such a shame because the service staff are wonderful people and the mechanics are highly rated. Was told by local body shop that they could almost “guarantee” something was left on engine near battery, hood closed and cracked frame (as there is paint damage right above light). Oddest thing ? I asked them to at least fix the SRH off light as that’s how I received car but they said they couldn’t fix because headlight is broken. SMH 🤦🏼♂️. More
