Prior to our visit, he assisted us with all the paper work over the phone and made sure that we have all the proper documentation before the appointment so we can expedite the process. I have to say it definitely helped. I bought cars in the past and it has always been my practice to do majority everything the day before arrival. Joey and all the staff were friendly and helpful. He was attentive and also constantly communicated with us the day before until we drove off with our new car. I am very happy with the assistance that I received with this dealership. Redo new timing belt work I had my 2010 forrester service done in mid-December including timing belt replacement. Within a month, my vehicle would not start because of timing I had my 2010 forrester service done in mid-December including timing belt replacement. Within a month, my vehicle would not start because of timing belt. I did not have access to a vehicle for a week. The service department claims it was a faulty new Subaru part and would not reimburse me for the incidental expenses. More

Unlike other places I've walked into previously, I was not hauled by all the salesmen. I was welcomed at the front door and was approached by a single salesman. Louis Hernandez was very informative and was very patient with us as we asked him several questions being that it was our first Subaru purchase. He went the extra mile by giving us the satisfaction every customer should have when purchasing one of the next big investments. I am very pleased my with my new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek! The managers Jose and Jesus are stand up guys and so their best to address any concern you have..LOUIS was my salesman,cool guy and didn't pressure you into buying and real up front on getting you a fair deal.Also dealt with Chris the service manager is excellent .I had one of the speaker covers pop up on the dash and he made sure it was fix and ordered me a new piece.. I have bought cars from Lexus of Edison, Ray catena Infiniti , Honda of freehold , Open road Honda , Brad benson and this is by far One of the best dealerships who it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction . The "new" management really goes above and beyond to make every customer 100% satisfy with their purchase. They understand what most dealerships seem to miss, that's is all about customer satisfaction even after the sale. I had a on going issue where I felt I was "scammed" into purchasing cilojet and nitrogen when I ask I didn't want it and the old finance manager put in the contract with out itemizing it and he even told me that I wasn't charged for it Not until I got home and look at the number I saw something didn't add up.. The old manager Vic just played games telling me that it we would have to wait for Ryan the old finance manager because he did the deal .Ryan was never around, and just recently both Vic and Ryan were left go ,wonder why... He communicated with me immediately and addressed the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch service manager and I will continue to get my 2 vehicles serviced at Victory because they handled my situation the right way. The service department goes out of the way to accommodate and get you scheduled when they are booked for the day. Kudos to them! More
