Much better experience than expected! I was expecting a long, drawn out, and quite frankly, aggravating process to purchase my new Forester, but I was presently surprised at Victory Subar I was expecting a long, drawn out, and quite frankly, aggravating process to purchase my new Forester, but I was presently surprised at Victory Subaru! I live closer to Flemington Subaru, but decided to go to Victory in Somerset and was very happy I did. The initial experience in the lot was not the typical high pressure sales tactics. My salesman, Mario, was very friendly, able to answer all of my questions, and went through the effort to go over to a satellite lot to bring back the exact car, color & trim level, I wanted to test drive. Mario was able to explain the features of the car from safety to comfort. Then came the actual sale experience. Again, pleasantly surprised there were no high pressure sales tactics or haggling. I got the price I was looking to pay at the awesome rate of 0% for 63 months. Then comes the dreaded waiting... where I've been in dealerships for 5-6 hours in the past. Surprisingly, I did not wait long at all, the entire experience (from browsing to driving away in my new car) was under 3.5 hrs! During the times when I did wait I was able to speak with Sarah in reception. She is very friendly and also helpful. She showed me where I can relax and enjoy some refreshments; coffee, water, donuts, popcorn, chips, etc. She was also able to quickly provide any email addresses or fax numbers that I needed for my car insurance company. Overall, a GREAT experience and I will be coming back when my daughter gets her license in 2 yrs! Not just for the super safe, comfortable, and great looking vehicles, but for the experience itself!
