Overall Great Experience I just had my first ever experience leasing a new car at Victory, and I can't recommend the place highly enough. The staff I met (from sales to financ I just had my first ever experience leasing a new car at Victory, and I can't recommend the place highly enough. The staff I met (from sales to finance to administration) was courteous, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy. And they actually seemed glad to be there. Steve Schwartz, the sales rep who assisted me, was genuinely warm and obviously cares about making and keeping his customers happy. He made me feel comfortable from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on me during the process. So now I've got a sweet new car, and I don't feel like I had to get screwed to get it. We'll be going back to Victory in a couple of weeks to get a car for my husband. More

Small dealer, big on service! I did not want to buy a new car (my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident). He treated me with respect and had the most patience with me during my auto shopping experience. Rachid did not fit the typical "car salesman". No pressure, no tactics, no agendas... In fact, I found a great deal for a different car at a different dealer, but the salesman was so aggressive and overbearing that I did not want to give him my business. The one constant through the changes has been great customer service. With all the dealerships that sell the same cars, customer service is the variable that keeps me coming back to Victory. Rich Rodriguez, our salesman, was friendly and helpful. He definitely wanted to sell us a car, but did not give us a lot of doubletalk and pressure. He listened to my wife and I as we described what we needed in the way of a car what we needed in the way of a price. He worked to get us a good deal on a great car, a 2018 Cross Trek. Based on our positive experience today, my wife and I will continue to be customers of Victory Subaru long into the future. More

I have heard plenty of stories of aggressive salesmen/women and people feeling bullied into making an unfair deal, but you won't find anything remotely close to that here! Not only Paula and Rachid but every staff person I spoke with was warm and inviting, making sure all of my needs were met and that I was getting the best deal possible, which I did, and which would have only been possible had I come here. Amazing 1st Time Buyer Experience!! This was my very first time entering a dealership shopping for a car and I am beyond grateful that this was my first choice dealership. I always thought car salesmen and those who work at a dealership are "pushy" and do everything possible to nickel and dime you for everything that you have, but at Victory Subaru that was not the case. They are the opposite of "pushy" and the entire staff was willing to help me and answer all of my questions. I inquired about a Crosstrek through Victory Subaru's online chat and I was helped by Louis who was able to schedule a test drive at a time that was best for me. Entering the dealership, I was greeted by Sarah the receptionist who was sweet and lovely. Then I proceeded to work with Rachid the salesman. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely honest with me throughout this entire process. I was interested in a Crosstrek and before I test drove it, Rachid gave me a detailed break down on all of its safety features, which only validated my decision in choosing a Subaru. Two days later, I went to the dealership with more questions, which were gladly answered by Rachid and Manny who further assisted me. Being that this was my first time buying a car, I had tons of questions and it was a stressful event, I've never experienced before. After deciding on a car and signing the documents, I was then greeted by Andre, who was in charge of warranty. He was also very honest with me and gave me many options that were suitable for my budget. As I mentioned above, this was a no pressure environment, which really made me feel comfortable in making this purchase decision. Victory Subaru and its staff are professional, friendly, and welcoming, who truly surpassed my needs and expectations. Update: I went back 3 days later to provide staff with proper documentation for my trade in and I was greeted by everyone, which made me feel appreciated. I look forward to doing all business with Victory Subaru and I am so glad that I didn't go anywhere else!! More
