I had just survived a serious car crash due in great part to “being in a suburu” as emergency personnel told me, so I was adamant about buying another. This could easily have left me prey to many unscrupulous sales people looking to take advantage of my vulnerabilities resulting from that crash. Instead, I was treated sensitively, fairly and quickly. I cannot say enough about the only ease I had felt in days. More
