After picking out the right car Alex F the Sales Manager immediately listened to all my financial questions and tailored a purchase to fit exactly the budget I had in mind. (unlike other dealerships where the managers didn’t listen and just tried to push their agenda on me) Further, Bilal the Finance Manager was excellent in explaining all the details in my contract. Purchased a new 2024 Crosstrek on July,10. 2023. Paid cash and drove the car home that day. The actual buying experience was ok. The problem started when I was trying to get my registration, ti 2023. Paid cash and drove the car home that day. The actual buying experience was ok. The problem started when I was trying to get my registration, title and tags. My temporary registration and tags were set to expire on August 8. I called the dealership on July 28 inquiring about these items. I was told they didn’t have them yet and they would be in early the following week and they would call me. I informed them that I would be away that week but I would be back to pick everything up on August 7. They said they would call me as soon as they had everything ready. I did not receive a call from the dealership and when I called them on August 7 they said they still did not have. I told them I needed them by the end of the day cause my temporary tags and registration was expiring the next day. They said they would have them ready by the end of the day and call me back. Once again they did not call me and I placed a call to the dealer that afternoon and said I was coming there in an hour and they needed to have everything ready or they would have a very disgruntled customer in their showroom .I went there and they had my registration and plates but no title. Sensing I was not happy and they had a showroom full of costumers they appeased me by saying they would have the title the next day and “overnight it” to me so I would have in two days. Here it is a full week later on August 14 well over a month after purchasing the car and I still don’t have a title. I just called again today, August 14 and was told they still don’t have the title. Now I’m being told it takes about a week after they do the registration and plates. Why didn’t they tell me that last Monday instead of saying they would have it overnighted to me the next day? More
