Terrible experience of our lives If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I reccomend to NOT go to victory Subaru in somserset, New Jersey. Theyll do anything to get you a vehicle, try to be your "friend" and then once the sale is made they never speak to you again even if they see you walk on by. Sold us a car with no oil, claimed they checked the car for leaks and all, and then a leak was found a week later. Then after 3 months of having a vehicle the engine started knocking and now they wont cover. Not answering phone calls, throwing us in circles. So, stuck with a vehicle with a body, but a non working engine that is estimated $7000 to fix. They did tell us though to pick up our vehicle with a tow truck though because one less car in their lot, right? That's all that matters to them. So now theres a car payment that needs to be paid every month, plus an engine to be fixed on a car that was just purchased. More

Outstanding Customer Service My husband and I purchased a 2019 Suburu Ascent from Victory Suburu. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. I called the dealership and My husband and I purchased a 2019 Suburu Ascent from Victory Suburu. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. I called the dealership and spoke to Zoey who was responsive and quick. My husband and I went to the dealership that same afternoon to see the Ascent and met Chris Sisco, our sales consultant. He was enthusiastic about the car and proceeded to tell us about the Suburu and what was under the hood. All the while, Chris exuded interest and joy for the car. As we moved through the purchasing experience, Chris was focused and attentive. Bob, the Credit Manager was also expeditious. My husband and I were thrilled with the level of service and expertise exhibited by everyone we came in contact with as we moved through the process. Kudos to Chris Sisco for his polite, smart, attentive service!!!!! More
One of my best experiences with a car purchase I was off to a rough start at Victory. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see car that I thought was perfect. It didn’t have a key feature that I wanted BUT Chris I was off to a rough start at Victory. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see car that I thought was perfect. It didn’t have a key feature that I wanted BUT Chris and his team at Victory did everything they could to earn my business. Chris was invested and enthusiastic about my vehicle choice and took a lot of time explaining the features and benefits of my car. He didn’t pressure me and was truly happy to give me important information about my purchasing decision. More

Worry free service I had to get a new windshield installed on my 7 month old WRX last week; Tracy made sure there was a loaner car waiting for me when I dropped my car o I had to get a new windshield installed on my 7 month old WRX last week; Tracy made sure there was a loaner car waiting for me when I dropped my car off, and ensured that all of my requests were fulfilled (I'm a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles).
