We had a transmission issue, and Tracey had one of the master technician's Jeff do a ride along and check out the car. I didn't feel rushed, and he spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose what was going wrong. In the end, they both really went out of their way to help me walk away satisfied. Tracy always does her best to make sure I have a loaner car, and sends frequent text message updates about the service being done. It's really hard nowadays to find a dealership that still tries to provide great customer service, and Victory Subaru made me feel like I was being taken care of the same way a luxury brand like Lexus would. You will see multiple reviews about Tracy's service, and I can also vouch for that. Thanks Tracy for everything! Victory Subaru is lucky to have a kind service rep like you. More

Michael dealt with the more financial aspect of the car buying process and is also an excellent employee here.
