We tried to call him with an issue that we had with the car that was sold to us at that location and all he could do was to cut me off while I was trying to explain the issue, to then say that he couldn’t do anything even though he didn’t even care to hear why I was upset in the first place. There is a long line of issues from not responding when I leave messages to making me feel like I am pestering him from the moment he picks up the phone. Aside from the issues I am having with the car that was sold to me that he negotiate the price for, as a manager you should at least have the basic customer service skills to ask and listen to their customers concerns without cutting them off and getting rid of them. All I got from Alexander was excuses without any listening. More
