Don’t walk, run from this dealer. Engaged with sales team for a “pre certified” used Legacy. Car has 60,000 miles and 3 of original tires…mixed with 1 $79.00 Spider Traxx…yes never h Engaged with sales team for a “pre certified” used Legacy. Car has 60,000 miles and 3 of original tires…mixed with 1 $79.00 Spider Traxx…yes never heard of that manufacturer either. I was told tires had more than half tread life left. Seriously considered buying car…took it to trusted mechanic had multiple safety issues including dislodged bushing on steering column…mechanic said he would not want to hit pot hole could lose control of car. The 3 original tires were dry rotting and splitting. Told ripe for immediate blowout. Lastly the one bit of work dealer did was to replace rear brake rotors and pads but neglected to replace caps. After much haggling explaining both safety and lemon law issues…Victory agreed to repairs and new tires. Then the you cant make this up began. For a car listed at just over $17,495 dealer fees of $4200 of which $1695 in “reconditioning” and $799 document fee…brought their bait and switch total to $21770. I feel sorry for the people who cant see through the xx or dont have credit score to walk away, which is what I did. Buyer beware is alive and well at Victory. More
