She knows everything about the car; and she understands how to translate my vagueness into clarity. With her I always know that everything necessary will be done to ensure safe driving. Today I purchased by 2018 Legacy, just coming off lease. Here too I met with extraordinary helpfulness. Mary Sweeney handled the paper work at the outset, contacting my insurance company, completing forms, even attaching temporary license plates to the car. Ron Levy handled the finance paper work, with thoroughness and patience, explaining gap insurance, tire protection, and long-term insurance on the car's drive train, etc. He and Ms Sweeney insured that I left the dealership with a sense that everything had been done correctly.
