Don’t walk, run from this dealer. Engaged with sales team for a “pre certified” used Legacy. Car has 60,000 miles and 3 of original tires…mixed with 1 $79.00 Spider Traxx…yes never h Engaged with sales team for a “pre certified” used Legacy. Car has 60,000 miles and 3 of original tires…mixed with 1 $79.00 Spider Traxx…yes never heard of that manufacturer either. I was told tires had more than half tread life left. Seriously considered buying car…took it to trusted mechanic had multiple safety issues including dislodged bushing on steering column…mechanic said he would not want to hit pot hole could lose control of car. The 3 original tires were dry rotting and splitting. Told ripe for immediate blowout. Lastly the one bit of work dealer did was to replace rear brake rotors and pads but neglected to replace caps. After much haggling explaining both safety and lemon law issues…Victory agreed to repairs and new tires. Then the you cant make this up began. For a car listed at just over $17,495 dealer fees of $4200 of which $1695 in “reconditioning” and $799 document fee…brought their bait and switch total to $21770. I feel sorry for the people who cant see through the xx or dont have credit score to walk away, which is what I did. Buyer beware is alive and well at Victory. More
Had a scheduled oil change at Subaru and I arrived promptly on time to learn they changed their process where someone now greets you at the door to take your key and leads you to a room full of people promptly on time to learn they changed their process where someone now greets you at the door to take your key and leads you to a room full of people and tells you to wait and someone will call your name. After 10 minutes of watching 3 employees sit around and xx I heard my name called and I walked up to a counter where a woman looked at me and said “oh I was just getting to your paperwork please have a seat”. I told her I had somewhere to be and asked what else needed to be completed before I left and her tone changed and she got rude and told me to have a seat and she’ll call my name when she’s ready .. which is weird because if she has my paperwork and she’s working on it why do I need to go and have another seat? It’s almost been 10 minutes at this point—while many of the employees were standing around doing nothing. So I went to go sit down again but then realized that this place charges entirely too much money to be late and rude on top of it. I took my keys and left. This place is right around the corner from me and very convenient but no reason to deal with that kind of attitude. More
This dealer was no different than any other dealer as far as settling on a price. The constant back and forth with a price. With that being said I first spoke with Alex Howerton where our negotiations began. as settling on a price. The constant back and forth with a price. With that being said I first spoke with Alex Howerton where our negotiations began. Very pleasant and respectful. Then as our negotiations continued another sales person came to talk to us who I really didn't care for. I felt I was being scolded at because of the price that I wouldn't accept. Don't remember his name unfortunately but he must have felt I was about to lose it when Alexander Fiducia came to speak with me. Also very polite, respectful and professional. We spoke a bit about price and at one point I was not happy and stood up and said I'm going. I'm not sure if he was surprised but he very calmy convinced me to sit again and talk. Now we got down to business. didn't have what i wanted and didn't try to sell me a car/color I didn't want that they had in stock. They looked for what i was looking for and one was inbound and due at the dealership in a week. we finally settled on a price and now was time to work on the trade in. Of course that was also a haggling process but we settled on a price. the deal was made and in a week received a call to pick up my car. this process was quick and pretty painless. only comment here is I asked that the car not have the front license plate bracket installed which required drilling two hole in the bumper because I didn't use a front plate in my state. unfortunately the holes were drilled already. At the end of the day I would say I am satisfied with everything and would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. The two salesman I dealt with were awesome and I would rate them both 9 out of 10. More

As soon as you enter the showroom, you feel a most welcoming atmosphere. It's also very child friendly! This is the second vehicle that my wife has purchased from Victory Subaru and we are extremel welcoming atmosphere. It's also very child friendly! This is the second vehicle that my wife has purchased from Victory Subaru and we are extremely satisfied & happy! Our Salesman Chimezie Nwosu answered all our questions and helped us understand all the features of our 2019 Ascent. The buying experience was no pressure & no hassle! Victory was willing to work with us in the negotiation process. Overall an A+ experience! I wanted to really thank all the patient employees who had to put up with our 2 year old. The little one walked around & touched everything from tires to decorations to all the sales brochures! He particularly enjoyed petting the dog decals on the large glass doors. The incessant babbling, shouting & temper tantrums were quelled by the free delicious snacks at their fancy coffee bar. In the end the 2 year old alao said he approves of the fun Subaru Dealership! Thank you Victory Subaru for a wonderful buying experience! We're definitely recommending this fine establishment to friends & family. More
