After comparing SO many used cars online I felt like this one was the right fit for me which is why I drove out nearly an hour away to this dealership. However, I was not expecting the excellent and transparent service they provided me with! After inquiring online, Jorge was able to help me schedule an appointment for the same day via text and responded super quickly, which was very helpful! Then, Mary was honestly the best car salesperson that I’ve ever dealt with. She really loves what she does and that’s what really makes a difference in the customer experience. From the get go, she made the effort to understand my specific needs through open ended questions and went above and beyond to find solutions. She was transparent, friendly, and just an all around good person. She answered all my billion questions honestly and helped me feel confident that I was in the right hands. I’ve had negative experiences in the past at Toyota and Jeep with salespersons who just don’t listen to my needs and spout nonsense, so it was GREAT to have someone that actually listens and cares!! That’s really what makes a difference! I was able to get the perfect car for my needs and a great APR!
