A+ buying experience! Scott promptly answered my questions on the phone, followed-up via email and set a friendly tone before my in-person appt. Chris made the rest of the process a breeze! Single woman walking into a dealership can seem quite a daunting task, but Chris put me right at ease with his professionalism. He took his time to review the Outback, patiently answered my questions and didn't rush my decision (but also did not drag this out any longer than needed). I never felt like I was being "sold" a vehicle, rather Chris was guiding me thru the buying process. A small, but important distinction, where I felt in charge, respected and ultimately, drove home satisfied.
