He superbly attended to all the details (trade in, helping us select the parts for our special order, purchasing our second car from Victory Subaru. His associate in finance had all the documents prepared and methodlogically walked us through them. His experience manager sought out how we felt about the purchase process, which was excellent; it became outstanding when he pointed out a feature (open the trunk from inside the car) that wehad been unaware of..
