For example, I found a scratch on the driver’s leather seat and he offered to replace the entire leather cover (instead of just trying to repair it) in order to ensure that I would be completely satisfied! Wow! It’s been about two weeks since I bought the car and I have no regrets - it is clean and drives very well! Thanks Konstantin! More

Had headlight fixture / paint damage occur during their time with car. Picked up car with SRH off blinking. My mistake. Little did I know that the headlight would eventually fizzle out and fade at night. T time with car. Picked up car with SRH off blinking. My mistake. Little did I know that the headlight would eventually fizzle out and fade at night. They say they have evidence that headlight was working, but I’m sure the car wash destroyed the bulb that night. I was shown evidence. See headlight on. But can’t make out headlight fixture frame. Thought they would say, sorry, our mistake - we will fix. But instead they blamed me. Such a shame because the service staff are wonderful people and the mechanics are highly rated. Was told by local body shop that they could almost “guarantee” something was left on engine near battery, hood closed and cracked frame (as there is paint damage right above light). Oddest thing ? I asked them to at least fix the SRH off light as that’s how I received car but they said they couldn’t fix because headlight is broken. SMH 🤦🏼‍♂️. More
