Im leaving a review now bc I recently had an DMV/lien issue that in hindsight was not victory’s fault. I was in contact with Michelle who moved swiftly to resolve the issue all while never placing the blame on me or the bank I financed through. Her words to me were “I’m going to make this right.” I’m so impressed with how they continue to treat me fairly and always approach me with kindness even over a year later. More

I may never go to another car dealership. EVERYBODY that we dealt with was genuinely friendly, professional and I felt no pressure ever! I had extended my lease and have been shopping around EVERYBODY that we dealt with was genuinely friendly, professional and I felt no pressure ever! I had extended my lease and have been shopping around thinking I might not get another Subaru. After every other dealership, I left feeling at least not happy to extremely uncomfortable and sometimes upset. I left Victory Subaru feeling happy and excited about the prospect of getting a new car. Our salesman, Nick, was new to the dealership, but his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine personality was amazing. I hope he stays at the dealership so I can work with him again. I generally hate the car buying/leasing experience, but not with the great people at Victory Subaru!! More

Very pleased with the Victory Subaru in Somerset. It has been our third Subaru. Jon has been an outstanding sales representative when leasing and/or buying a vehicle. Wouldn't go anywhere else. After locating a limited production Subaru WRX online, I was able to make contact, schedule an appointment, complete a dealer visit, do a test drive, finalize my lease deal on the VIN, make all deposit payments, and fully complete the lease process - prior to vehicle shipment to the dealership - and I traveled ~ 1 1/2 hours from out of state. Less than a week later, my car had arrived and was prepped for delivery, so my next visit was to pick-up my car. My sales professional was off that day, but the Victory team included another sales professional with WRX experience - and he guided me through the vehicle delivery process. Very pleased with the experience, thank you! More
Extremely Disappointing Service Experience at Victory Subaru I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Victory Subaru Car Service. On July 11, 2024, I experienc Subaru I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Victory Subaru Car Service. On July 11, 2024, I experienced a deeply upsetting incident while trying to get my car’s air conditioning system repaired. The initial problem began on June 4, 2024, when my car started blowing hot air. I took my vehicle to Victory Subaru, where they charged me $269.99 to check for leaks and install refrigerant. I specifically asked them to ensure that both the compressor and condenser were in good condition. They assured me that there were no issues and that I shouldn’t worry. I stressed the importance of a permanent fix because I didn’t want a temporary solution. I also mentioned that this is my first car, and I am very passionate about it. Additionally, I informed them that my parents were visiting in July and I wanted the car to be in perfect condition. Having trusted their service for the past three years with my 2014 Subaru Forester, I expected better. On July 11, 2024, while inspecting the vehicle, the technician at Victory Subaru caused the compressor to burst, releasing the refrigerant. After this incident, they told me I needed to replace the compressor, quoting me approximately $1800 for the repair. I argued that the compressor burst during their inspection, not due to my negligence. I had stopped using the AC as soon as it started blowing hot air and went to them immediately. Despite this, the head of service became hostile and rude, making the experience even more painful. Over the past four months, I have visited Victory Subaru at least five times, each visit costing a minimum of $500. It was shocking to be treated so unprofessionally, especially since I always take my vehicle to a certified Subaru service center and have a three-year relationship with them. Whenever I have doubts or ask genuine questions about my car’s issues, they give ambiguous answers and use technical jargon to stall me. I believed my car was in trusted hands, but this experience has been a bitter and hard lesson. Ultimately, I had to leave without getting my vehicle fixed. I have officially lodged a complaint with Subaru of America to investigate this matter. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve their service standards and customer care. More
