I was very happy with my interaction with Alex Howerton for a few reasons: his patience and willingness to work with me to find the right car for me, despite my initial indecisiveness; the complete lack of pressure he applied on me to buy a car; his warm and relaxing demeanor; and his willingness to engage in conversations that had nothing to do with the task at hand. Yes, Alex was trying to make a sale and talked/acted in ways that a salesman should and that I expected, but I appreciated his disposition towards cultivating a rapport, which made the experience feel more human and enjoyable rather than exclusively transactional. The only gripe I have with my experience was the lack of value I was offered for the car I was hoping to trade in (2007 Camry). Other than that, I am exceptionally satisfied with my experience. More
