Strangest service visit I've ever encountered at a Subaru dealership Had an apptment at 9am for just an Oil Change and Tire Rotation Got there on time, they did a walk thru, spoke to the service lady, Caro dealership Had an apptment at 9am for just an Oil Change and Tire Rotation Got there on time, they did a walk thru, spoke to the service lady, Carol? Sat for about 2 hrs. Asked what's going on highly unusual, I'm usually out by hour hour and a half tops. Said she will check, another 15 min goes by says they just doing a car wash wash. At 11 30 still no car, many people b4 me came and gone so I stood by the service podium asking for my car, complained that its taking too long, they started yelling at me, so I went outside kicked the chair, they came outside to yell at me some more Jenna the Svc mgr. and the service lady said they were down some techs, finally got the car, no car wash but they did say they did the OC and TR, was gonna pay but they didn't ask for my cc, started up the car, went back inside told them they should wipe the World Class from that Service sign - Victory Subaru did not live up to that motto, drove away quite mad Anyway, zero charge for OC and TR, will never go back there again Later checked the dash cam, they drove my car into the bay at 10am so took them an hr and 43 min to do the OC and TR More
Wes and his manager were very attentive and helped me get into an Outback Touring XT. Amanda who replies to inquiries was also very professional and attentive. Purchased another car from Victory on 02/16/25 and again it was an amazing experience! This makes my 7th year with Victory and i can see so many more in the future! Everyone from Nick the sales associate to Chris the sales manager took the time to work with us, to understand our needs, to help us choose the right car for our needs. They did not just sell us any car, they listened and suggested different models with various benefits to each. They did not hesitate to let us view and test drive the cars. by the end of the experience, i felt as if my family and I made all new friends all over again. Went in for a lease return, ended with a brand new larger Ascent! Everyone really rocked it over there. More

I went to Suburu of Philly and felt like it was so big and they didn’t care. Immediately when I stepped into Victory even though it was 2 hours from close I felt like they were so warm and kind not doing and they didn’t care. We did not have a good experience buying a used car from Victory. The car they sold us a leak in the oil pan and damage to the grill. Both undisclosed. Our mechanic found the issues. I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. The owner said that there was no excuse, but that’s all we got, that and the typical blame game and passing the buck. More
I bought a used 2019 Subaru Outback from Victory Subaru for my daughter recently, and it was probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had. After inquiring about the vehicle I was interested i for my daughter recently, and it was probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had. After inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in through Victory's website, I was promptly contacted by Amanda Jannone and made an appointment for a test drive. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was assigned to Jon Sisco to handle my test drive and any questions about a purchase. Jon gave my daughter and I a detailed overview of the Outback during our test drive and answered all of our questions. We were able to agree on a fair out-the-door price, and Jon had no issue with me putting a deposit down on the vehicle so I could have a mechanic look it over before finalizing the purchase. Getting that inspection scheduled over the next few days ended up being tricky for me, but Jon and the team at Victory Subaru were in regular contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Once my pre-purchase inspection was complete, I scheduled an appointment with Jon to finalize the purchase. He made sure the vehicle was ready for me, and all of the paperwork was prepared for me correctly in advance. I've experienced some last-minute shenanigans and surprise charges when buying new and pre-owned cars from other dealerships before, but Jon and Bilal at Victory Subaru did not make any changes or pressure me to purchase anything above and beyond the price we had agreed on previously. As a first-time Customer with Victory Subaru, I was so impressed with how they treated me. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Kudos to them! More

Victory was great at finding the specific car I wanted - without pushing unnecessary (and expensive) extras that I didn’t want. Many other dealerships I visited boosted the sale price up by $1,800 to $3,000 without pushing unnecessary (and expensive) extras that I didn’t want. Many other dealerships I visited boosted the sale price up by $1,800 to $3,000 by pushing way too many extra options that I didn’t want. Toyota was the worst when it came to that! Subaru was the best. And I dealt with an awesome sales rep, Bobby Brooks. More
