I went to this dealership with my car already picked out and ready to negotiate and sign the papers. They had two of the same car, and told me they would bring the one with least miles to test drive. They brought a car back, said it had 6 miles and the other had 25. I drove it, came back and was looking over the exterior when I noticed a panel on the back of the car was pushed in and did not have a flush seem. The other side of the car was not like this so we asked and were told there was nothing wrong. We showed the salesman the other side and he said he would go get the other car. Upon getting in the other car, it also had six miles, which led me to believe they knew about the panel and were trying to get it off the lot. I decided to go ahead and buy because it was what I really wanted. We went in, sat down, I asked about price, and was told there was nothing at all he could do. I requested a sales manager, which I never saw, and was again told the price I had been given was absolute bottom dollar. I still don't know that I believe that, but even if it was, some effort to at least ask would have been great. I got up and left, without the car. I felt like the salesman took note of my age and sex and thought he could take advantage of the situation. I would not take my business back there for any deal or amount of money! More
Lindsay is excellent in internet sales by being very prompt, and answering my questions completely. Nick is great in sales, courteous, and very personable. As a USAA member services rep, I pride myself on treating members just the way I was treated by these two people. This is how I like to do business and purchase vehicles. I reason why I gave the rating above is because Louis Davidson and the Manager at Action Nissan really took the time to help us look for a car and worked with us. We are expecting a child next month so o Davidson and the Manager at Action Nissan really took the time to help us look for a car and worked with us. We are expecting a child next month so our goal was to find a car that could fit our needs. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Overall, my fiancee and I had a great experience at Action Nissan. i visited this dealership to shop for a new vehicle. they were unwilling to negotiate price and rude about what price they were willing to give me for my trade. i was lied to by the sales manager and the 3rd were unwilling to negotiate price and rude about what price they were willing to give me for my trade. i was lied to by the sales manager and the 3rd salesman they stuck me with. my credit report has suffered damage as a result of the lies from this dealer and multiple inquiries (considering i came in with financing arranged this was unacceptable), and i didn't buy a car from them. i would recommend no one visit this dealer with any expectations of honesty or integrity. also, as a general point, manufacturer rebates are paid by the manufacturer, not the dealer. feel free to take that into account when you negotiate. the dealer is still getting his/her max profit. I went in to Action Nissian to get a price quote on a 2009 Nissan Sentra. I explained to the salesman that I had a price quote, in writing, from another dealership with the exact specifications I was lo 2009 Nissan Sentra. I explained to the salesman that I had a price quote, in writing, from another dealership with the exact specifications I was looking for. I did not let him know what my offer was from the other dealership. After several minutes of waiting for my quote, the salesman comes back to the table with two sheets of paper. He stated that, even though he did not know how much my quote from the other dealership was for, that the other dealership had to be lying about their price. He then went into some fantasy explanation as to why he was right and why his price would be better. I told him that all I wanted was a price on a fully loaded 2009 Sentra, that it did not matter what the other dealership quoted me to get a quote from him. After several more minutes of waiting he came back with a list of numbers. He started to explain his numbers, without a total price. I stopped him, saying that I needed a final price. His words to me were "You know how to subtract, don't you?" And asked if I was having a bad day and if I needed to leave. I again told him that I wanted my final price. After all of that, his price was WAY higher than the other dealership. I told him no thanks and especially with his nasty attitude and numbers game that I was not interested in purchasing from him. He got up and tried to follow me outside the dealership, to do what I have no idea. I would stay far away from this place. They are very high pressure, not up front with costs, and then they threaten you as you leave when you don't buy from them. Do yourself a favor and stay away! More

I know this b.c I take my car here for service and while waiting or looking in the show room I occassionally have a sales rep try to get me in a car. During my purchase- things were ok. I bought the ar at night- to find out there was a scratch on the gas door. itook it back and they quickly fixed it. The service dept is 100% exceptional! They are always willing to get the job done on time and for the price they quoted! I tend to think car sales will always have a negative cloud over its head, but due to the exceptional service here to manintain my car- I will probably go back! More
