I had actually been looking for a used 2011 economy car for my mother. She is 85 and doesn't like big cars. I researched via the internet and had actually really zoned in on a corolla. I emailed 3 dealers about cars and the only response I got back was from Amanda Rose at Action Nissan. My sister bought a versa in 2007 so I called her and asked her opinion on her car..would she buy another one and told her of my interest of the 2011 at this point my brother in law said spend a little extra and get a new one..They loved their car and would buy a new one if any thing ever happened to theirs. It has 100000 miles on it and they had driven it everywhere, vacations ect, had no problems with it ever. It is very economical and since they loved theirs so much I decided to check the new versa out. Amanda stayed in contact with me all morning..asking what time would we come out. We arrived around 12 noon and Amanda had asked me to request Cody White. The receptionist paged Cody and I showed him the ad and he immediately went and got the car for my mother to drive. She felt uncomfortable because there was so much traffic so he took it up to the church parking lot and let her take over from there, showing her what back roads to test drive on so she wouldn't be nervous. She loved the car and so we decided to go ahead and buy it. Cody worked to get me a great interest rate, same as my bank was offering on a used car loan . He was extremely kind and patient with me and my mother. They earned my business because they made me feel like I was important to them as a customer and they would support me after the sale with any questions or concerns I would have. I would definitely recommend Cody White to anyone and Amanda Rose was super to communicate with, I met her as well and just wanted to tell her in person I appreciated the attention.
