"BODYSHOP" Very Disappointed. "STAY AWAY" Took my vehicle to Action Nissan body shop believing that they will use the right parts and that I would have a quality repair. They ended up using ch Took my vehicle to Action Nissan body shop believing that they will use the right parts and that I would have a quality repair. They ended up using cheap aftermarket parts which greatly reduced the light output of the headlight and a bumper cover that blocked the fog lights because the holes aren't big enough. When i brought these quality/safety issues up to them they couldn't be bothered. Spoke to my insurance and they stated they paid for Reconditioned OEM parts not aftermarket and cannot do anything because I went outside their recommended body shops. So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive at night.. thanks again action nissan More
Very upset with the customer service AFTER the sale. We weren't told that they only had one key and one key fob until AFTER we completed the sale. We have called the sales representative two times and have been given the run around. I even left a message for the customer service department and have not heard back from them. Very disappoinitng as we have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years, but we will not be going back. More
I called about an Altima listed online without pictures, just seeing if they still had it. The salesman was very nice after I made it clear I didn't want a brand new car. He had the car pulled up front when we got there and was extremely nice. However, as soon as we got there he said there was an error in the pricing and they would only honor the price that day and couldn't fix anything wrong with it. I was also told I couldnt take the car home that day because it was a recent trade and needed to be detailed and an oil change, they DID give me a loaner. When I went to pick the car back up AT MOST all they did was run in through a car wash, there was black on the wheels, the inside was NOT vacuumed. I had to purchase a battery the very next day. I feel that they didn't care if I was happy or not just because of the pricing error (if that was even true, probably a sales tactic). Again, I was pleased with the salesman, just not the cleanliness and effort in the vehicle. *Mark McCormick called to follow-up with me about being unsatisfied, he was extremely apologetic and offered for me to bring the car back to be cleaned. He was very sincere in his efforts to make things right and apologized many times for the cleanliness of the vehicle being looked over. I was never unsatisfied with the car itself (mechanically) or the salesman, he was GREAT and I would definitely go back and buy another car from him. I let him know it was simply the cleanliness of the car that I was disappointed in.* More
I started my car shopping experience with Action Nissan online, best thing ever regarding this shopping venture! Because it had been many years since my last car purchasing experience, I was really dreadin online, best thing ever regarding this shopping venture! Because it had been many years since my last car purchasing experience, I was really dreading the process; however, I was very pleasantly surprised by the personnel at Action Nissan. The service rendered was impeccable from beginning to end. Sales Consultant, Stuart Floyd responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry to purchase a new Nissan Sentra. When I showed up at the dealership to look over the inventory of available vehicles, Stuart recalled my unique specifications for a new vehicle to take me into my retirement--no bells and whistles, just economical CAR! I did not want to pay for leather seats, navigation system, or a stereo system capable of blowing me into the middle of next week! Although MY car of choice was not on site, Stuart found elsewhere. I was a bit disappointed about that, but he offered a nice loaner car and delivery of vehicle to my home upon arrival at dealership. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable about my experience at Action Nissan. I stated my price, what I could and could not afford and Ashley Davis and Larry Bicknell who assisted me with the final details of financing respected and honored my financial stance. Even though I had a slightly better offer from another Nissan dealership (too pushy), I afforded Action Nissan my business because they, especially Stuart Floyd made the process of purchasing a new vehicle so hassle-free. This one started a little rough as they had to transfer a car from another dealership that turned out to not have the features we wanted.
