Great service! My mother and I had previously had a bad experience at downtown nissan in Nashville. It was much different here. He rushed nothing and was very good at make sure we were comfortable. He gave us waters and popcorn. He showed us the car we were looking at buying and slowly walked through all the features and knew all the answers to my questions. He was good at explaining things in a way they are easy to understand. When it came to the deal he walked us through it and his boss also came and worked with us to explain everything and get us where we needed. The financial guy was funny, nice, and very understanding about taking time on decisions and explaining things. We were waiting for some time to meet with the finance guy so our salesman walked us around to show us where my car would be serviced and the collision center. He even introduced me to the people who would be servicing my car. It was a wonderful experience especially in light of the stress and bug decision buying a car is. More

Very Satisfied!! I was in the market for a new car because my 2002 Subaru Legacy GT Limited blew the head gasket. I went to Action Nissan, got there a little late righ I was in the market for a new car because my 2002 Subaru Legacy GT Limited blew the head gasket. I went to Action Nissan, got there a little late right before closing. Michael Jarman was my salesman. He started the paperwork that evening and told me that everything looked great and to meet him back the next day right at opening to finalize everything. I don't have the best credit but he was able to get me a great deal at a price I can afford. I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to everyone! More

Outstanding Customer Service and Great Prices! I sent emails to five Nissan Dealers and asked them for their best Out The Door price for a specific car I was purchasing for my son. Told them I did not want to play games and needed the OTD price which includes their bottom line lowest price, including all fees, taxes, etc. Action Nissan beat the OTD price of the other dealers easily. Srdjan Skundric, our Sales Consultant, did an outstanding job with our whole sales experience. My son and wife went to the dealership and test drove the car and the decision was made to proceed with the purchase.
