Very 'Meh' experience I worked with an internet sales manager to buy a car before arriving at the dealership. Despite attempting to finalize as much of the deal as possibl I worked with an internet sales manager to buy a car before arriving at the dealership. Despite attempting to finalize as much of the deal as possible, Action Nissan still made me wait just over 3 hours to buy a car. The entire process felt amateur. They would ask for one piece of paperwork, then come back 30 minutes later and ask for some clarification or additional info on the very document. This happened multiple times and was a giant waste of my time. Be careful of the 'additional options' they try to throw in at you. I negotiated the price of my car and then they sneakily tried to add in $800 of 'additional options' that were not part of the original deal. The shady part was that they tried to do this without my knowledge by pointing to other parts of the final quote when discussing the rebates, etc. Overall, it's not an experience I wish to repeat. More

I really appreciate that about Action Nissan. It just makes the whole experience very pleasurable and worth it. Highly recommend Action & Luis. My total time spent at the dealer was about an hour altogether, including test drive. More
