Flawless My experience purchasing my FIRST "new"car was NOTHING short of amazing!! I was a little apprehensive about going to a dealership for many reasons. Ho My experience purchasing my FIRST "new"car was NOTHING short of amazing!! I was a little apprehensive about going to a dealership for many reasons. However, my sales representative Caleb made me feel right at home from the very beginning!! He made me forget all the things that made me second guess my visit as I drove there. I was having car trouble with my previous car and I had to make a decision that day. The good thing is he gave me an A-Z. Run down on what I wanted, needed, and technology I was not used to having. Unlike some places, Caleb did not force me into signing anything. His manager Darren even came in to check on me and make sure I was receiving great service. Unexpectedly, I left with a 2015 Altima!!! This made it FLAWLESS!! Now, I tell everyone to go see Caleb Neal and allow him to say "YES" for them!! More

Timeliness I went up twice on my lunch break which o ly gave me about 20 minutes each time to drive the car then discuss price with them. Each time they were more than understanding and didn't waste time with fluff or nonsense. In a total of less than 60 minutes, I found a car and we agreed on a price! I had to go back after work to sign all of the final papers which took a good bit longer but there was only one person working in the department that night so his back up was understandable and he didn't still treated me like I was the first and only person he was seeing that night. Overall, I had an exceptional experience with them. More
