I filled out an online application to expedite the process. I received a phone call telling me I was approved and simply needed to come by and select a vehicle. This was shocking considering I have average credit. Once there, we were greeted by three different salesmen who directed us to James Frierson. James is PHENOMENAL!!! He was honest, down-to-earth, and patiently answered every question I had. Even before signing the contract, he assured me I could go elsewhere and would not find a better deal. He's that confident in his company, that he was willing to let me try another dealership before I signed. After that, I was sold. I highly recommend this dealership. He was waiting for my wife and me when we arrived ten minutes before our appointed time. He took his time with us, nevered pressured us, and was able to answer all our questions.
