Long wait I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take. Was told 45 min to an hour usually but it sh I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was in a hurry and asked how long it would take. Was told 45 min to an hour usually but it should be less because they had a full staff of "express" mechanics. She also offered to put it through the car wash so I was happy. 45 minutes later someone else came out and told me I needed $1000 worth of work soon. 30 minutes later my oil change and tire rotation was done. I honestly think they spend more time looking for other service to sell you instead of just doing what you come there for. Oh, and they forgot the car wash too. Liked it much better when it was Sheehy Nissan. Simple service should be quick and I would have been better off at Jiffy Lube. At least Jiffy Lube vacuums mats and cleans windows with every service and would have taken half the time. More

Complete lack of consideration of time I had an 8 o'clock appointment. I am a VIP at Nissan. A State inspection, oil change, and repair of Sensory light repair was to be completed. My 4 I had an 8 o'clock appointment. I am a VIP at Nissan. A State inspection, oil change, and repair of Sensory light repair was to be completed. My 4 yr old great grandson was with me. There were only appx 3 customers in waiting area. After waiting 2 hrs, I went to see what was hold up. Katie Snead went to Check on hold up. Mechanic had not touched vehicle. I told them I could not continue to wait. Told them to do only oil change and state inspection. Ms Snead blamed the delay on volume of state inspection. I find that not acceptable. I had an apptmt at 8:00 am and was on time. It was 10:45 am when I got in my vehicle. In addition no one discussed declined repairs. I read them on work sheet. I would had work done had it not taken 2 hrs & 45 minutes. Customers came in after me and had work done before me. I wonder how long I would had been waiting had I not checked on why it was taking so long. Ordeal is not acceptable nor appreciated. More
