Oil change tire rotation and air bag sensor Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and also had my air bag light staying on. They were very nice and did the oil change and tire rotation an Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated and also had my air bag light staying on. They were very nice and did the oil change and tire rotation and checked the air bag for codes and they found the problem but needed to order a part and said it would be in Friday. Well it came in Thursday and they called me and worked me in so they could fix it because we are from Florida and was leaving Friday to come home. Todd was very nice and kept us updated on how it was going. I have been coming to this dealership for a long time and have always been very pleased. More

Past experience has been great this time not so much 8:30 appt for oil change. Called at 9:17 with 4 recommendations, selected 2 of them, was told it should take 1 hr 15 mins. No one answered phone at 10 8:30 appt for oil change. Called at 9:17 with 4 recommendations, selected 2 of them, was told it should take 1 hr 15 mins. No one answered phone at 10:45 when we called, called back a while later, no answer, went back to dealership to check if ready, car had not been serviced yet, was taken in at 11:30. We came back home & was called at 12:40 that car was ready. Not a big deal but we were expecting guests at our house for dinner at 4:00, thought an 8:30 appt would give us enuf time, & we had other things to do, very stressful. More
