I made an appointment only to arrive and the parts were not ordered that was needed for the service so I had to come back. Upon coming back, the service guy helping me, Mason, literally told me that wa not ordered that was needed for the service so I had to come back. Upon coming back, the service guy helping me, Mason, literally told me that walk ins take precedent over appointments and if aren't serviced promptly they "might get mad." So why did I make an appointment then? Is he not concerned that I might get mad? That is illogical and degrading to me, the customer with an appointment waiting while witnessing walk ins get in and out faster than me. Repeatedly making statements like, there's nothing I can do, or it's not my fault, or I have no control is not a good way to communicate with a customer and was frustrating. This wasn't the half of it but I'll leave it with that. Contrasted with Spencer, who is EXCELLENT and I'd give 5 stars, the guy that helped me needs to work on his communication skills. More

Brandon is a great Service and Parts Manager and Spencer is a wonderful Advisor. Both individuals communicate very well and will do whatever it takes to fix the problem if it can be found. Service is in the small details, like remembering to put in the oil cap. Then when your customer calls you you don’t tell them to drive the car back or have it towed.
