This was my first service at this location. Service rep was very nice. I waited and the service did not take a very long time to complete. My only issue/complaint/disappointment was that when I Service rep was very nice. I waited and the service did not take a very long time to complete. My only issue/complaint/disappointment was that when I made my appointment online it stated that with an oil change and tire rotation there was a complimentary car wash, but they did not wash my car.
